Condition of Items
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. (We love pups, but we can’t take back anything that’s been chewed, slobbered on, or slept on!)
Ship It Back
Include your RA number inside the package so we can process your refund quickly. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund right away.
It doesn’t happen often, but if something arrives damaged or not working the way it should, just reach out. We’ll replace it, refund it, or make it right—whatever keeps you and your four-legged friend happiest.
